Colby went above and beyond to help us find our new home! He listened to our wants and needs. He was readily available to show us our requested houses. He negotiated with the sellers with respect and professionalism. We can't thank him enough for all his hard work and patience while we decided what house would be best for us.

I used Colby as my buying agent on a recent purchase of a rental house. At first, I will admit, I was a little apprehensive about using Colby because of his youth and lack of experience. But Colby understands and he uses it to his benefit when dealing with sellers/buyers and agents. His excellent communication skills allow him to work with all groups, gathering all the information needed for assisting both the buyer (me) and the seller and agents. After all, gathering information and processing that information is the key to any good transaction, which he understands. Colby knew what I wanted and worked hard to find a house that suited my needs and fit my budget. He did all the negotiating and I feel like got me the best price. We actually had to compete with another offer, and Colby worked that young Type A personality to get the deal done. He was on top of every aspect of the purchase and followed up with me on everything throughout the purchase. Letting me know when and where to be at all times. Giving me feedback on everything that was happening. All the way up and through closing. I would STRONGLY recommend this young man. He is a hard worker and has excellent communication skills.
