Terrific experience working with someone as knowledgeable as Colby!

Colby was a real champ sticking with us as it took a few years to get our house ready for sale. He certainly went the extra mile, all the time, helping us access contractors, identifying ways to get things done, and even helping us himself. His advice on when to put the house on the market couldn't have been better - the timing was perfect and we were able to exceed our expectations for the price of the sale! And, on top of that, he found the perfect buyer who would love the house as much as we did. I'd recommend Colby to anyone! His was knowledgeable, helpful and kept us in the loop all the time!
