Colby is fantastic. We used her when selling my father's house after he passed. She was super easy to work with. There were several of us that were part of the estate, so she had to work carefully to balance everyone's expectations in order to get the job done. She dealt with a lot throughout the selling process (as far as us and personalities) and I know it wasn't easy for her, but she handled it very smoothly and gracefully. I'd highly recommend Colby when buying or selling a home!
