Cody was kind and professional. He was very knowledgeable about surrounding comps and priced our house at just the right price. Within 24 hrs we had multiple offers and accepted one at full asking price! We had a great experience from start to finish and will use his services again for the buying/selling of our future homes!

After looking at many houses and having a few contracts not go through, Cody still remained patient

After looking at many houses and having a few contracts not go through, Cody still remained patient with us and He continued to look in the best interest of us.
