Cody Smith

Cody showed us a few properties in the Harvest area. We then found one in Ardmore that he showed us and that we fell in love with. Upon our first showing, he told us he would be blunt and honest with us with any showings/work we do with him. That is something we really liked, because as first time home buyers we weren't really sure of anything so it was good to have someone that we knew would tell it to us straight. He helped us with our multitude of questions through the entire process of purchasing our first home. He made sure we understood the process, paperwork, etc. He gave recommendations on a lender and inspector, both of which we used and liked as well. Overall, our experience with Cody was great! We would highly recommend him!
