Cody is a man if integrity. He was a pleasure to work with and I’d refer him to my friends without hesitation. He was very attentive and brought items to our attention that we never even considered.

Cody was amazing to work with! When I initially started looking at houses Cody set me up with a feed of new listings right to my email. If there were any that I showed interest in, he was quick to set up showings and worked around my schedule really well. He'd send a text out to me with the schedule and locations for each house prior to seeing them, which helped immensely with figuring out where I needed to go. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area. He is quick about replying to questions, whether that is calling or texting him. I would love to work with him again next time I'm in the market to buy or sell a home.
