Cody was extremely helpful during our house buying process. I described myself as high-maintenance, low-budget, but Cody's patience and professionalism paid off in the end. He listened to what we wanted and helped us find a house that is fast becoming our forever home. In a very tight market, he helped us find several options. Despite the necessary hustle of today's market, we were given the time to find the right home and did not feel compelled to buy a house just because it was available and within our budget. (Although, I would like to point out that Cody got us to the closing table within six weeks from when we first connected with him.) He also shared information about loan providers so that we could select the best loan broker/provider for our needs. Cody was very knowledgeable about VA loan property requirements and guided us to appropriate properties. He also worked to make sure that we still had a proper inspection and appropriate maintenance was completed before we took possession of the house. Cody was extremely responsive to text and phone calls throughout the process. He didn't always have the answer immediately; however, he never left a question unanswered. Even after closing, Cody has still been available to answer our questions and help us settle into out new neighborhood. For a young professional, Cody is going to go very far. Although I do not plan to move again, IF it ever becomes necessary, I will be calling Cody. His card is with the deed so that our children know who to call when the time comes.

He was very good at showing us the house. I would have no problem giving his name to anyone if he was to show someone else.
