My family’s situation was a tricky and a sensitive one ,as we were selling my elderly mothers beloved home and acting as POA for her.Cody was so kind and genuine and made us all,including my mother ,feel a lot better about the hard decision to sell ,knowing that it would be handled with the upmost respect,kindness and professionalism .He went above and beyond in helping us prep the home and explaining ever step in the process! I would recommend him to anyone and If I ever decided to sell my home and buy another I look forward to working with him as my agent again!
