We could not have asked for a better Realtor than Cody. My husband and I came to Cody with a pretty strict set of requirements and he enthusiastically accepted the challenge. We had a small radius we were looking in as far as location, we were on a firm budget, and we wanted something we could fix up cosmetically that didn't have big repairs we'd have to do right away. We had to have looked at more than 30 properties and Cody was so patient with us. His positive, but realistic, attitude through the entire process truly kept us going. As first time homeowners, this process was so overwhelming and I'm glad he was there to help us every step of the way. His communication was above excellent. He would respond to our calls and texts practically instantly and continuously checked in with us throughout the process. He was kind, personable, professional, and all-around a complete joy to work with. You won't regret having him in your corner if you're buying or selling a home!
