My family’s situation was a tricky and a sensitive one ,as we were selling my elderly mothers beloved home and acting as POA for her.Cody was so kind and genuine and made us all,including my mother ,feel a lot better about the hard decision to sell ,knowing that it would be handled with the upmost respect,kindness and professionalism .He went above and beyond in helping us prep the home and explaining ever step in the process! Being a first time home buyer is very stressful but Cody took the stress off of us! He was always available to accommodate our schedules and whenever we needed him he was there! He consistently answers texts, emails and calls and you never have to wait long for him to respond. I would recommend him 1000 times over!
