I have known Cody for almost 20 years, and he is very thorough and passionate about his business. Cody helped us sell our house in Las Colinas. I found him to be highly experienced and conscientious, and I had a complete trust that he was always looking out for my best interest. If I am back in the area and need real estate assistance Cody will be the first one I call.

We worked with Cody to sell our house in Dallas and to purchase a house in Frisco. He carefully walked us through the selling process helping us to prepare our house making sure it showed well. With Cody we were able to compare our house to others and were able to ask the most appropriate price. Based on this we received several offers immediately and Cody helped us choose the best offer. We then relied on him to work with the other Realtor to finalize the sale. While searching for a new residence we were shown several different homes by Cody, each fitting our needs, but we settled on a house in Frisco that we had found ourselves. Even though Cody did not find the house for us, he still worked closely with us as we went through the buying process from negotiations through the signing of papers at the final closing. I believe it would be hard to find a friendlier, more knowledgeable, more experienced Realtor than Cody Farris. If we were to go through this process again we definitely would work with Cody!
