We interviewed 3 realtors in Idaho County. When we initially met with Cody, we had a pretty good idea what the value of our property was based on the research we'd already done. After Cody did a walk thru of our house, shop and acreage he asked all of the questions (i.e. about the well, septic, property corners, etc) he should have and maybe a few more. His professionalism was showing and it was obvious he was being very thorough. A few days passed and he sent us his market analysis. Of the three realtors that performed a CMA he was the only one who saw the true value of our home. We decided at that moment to list our home with him, and we don't regret it. The sale of our home happened much sooner than we expected and far sooner than the "average days on the market."
