Cody spent time with my husband, walking the listed property and he fell iin love with it. We made an offer that was accepted and now we have 36 acres to create wild and wonderful crafts. Great experience all together.

I was very pleased with Cody, both as a person, and as the realtor for our property. Once we told him where, what, and the price range we were looking for, he was extremely helpful locating, and sending us properties to view. He did the walk thru the property with us the morning of closing, helped me look it over, inspect for water leaks, etc. even helped me unload a HUGE piece of furniture!! courteous, professional, great personality....all around, I really enjoyed the experience.
