Cody was quick to come out to Greenwood and get things started. We completed all the paperwork we could at that time then finished everything else through emails. Before my listing went live he had a professional photographer come in and do pictures and a outside drone video. The photographer really made my house look good on the Zillow listing! Once the listing went live my house sold in three days for full price! This was my first ever house sale and I had some issues with the demands of the sellers realtor. Cody helped me get through them and the escrow closed on time. Cody is a motivated young man that enjoys what he is doing!
