If you want to buy a new home, call Coco. She is very knowledgable and knows the process inside out. Our family has a fairly complicated situation to handle and she's able to help us to effectively navigating through it. She helped us took care of most logistic stuff by engaging with with seller, lender and escrow and get it close on a tight schedule.
