Clinton stuck with me even after I tried to take a shortcut and use one of those “I’ll pay you cash” no fees. No repairs no facelift needed. Those slime balls hit me with a dye dilligence clause and went silent and 2 days before pulled out the rug, said No; low balled me and I was up the river. I pumped the brakes and Clinton was there just checking in and made everything smooth again. Between recommendations, coordinating inspections, handling the advertising, staying in touch, being accountable and more importantly it felt like he really cared. And that’s because he does, he wants to see you happy, not for a paycheck but ‘cause he’s a decent human being. Yeah he gets paid but the money is an afterthought, I wholeheartedly recommend his services. He’s a Diamond in these rough shady coal mines. I’m looking forward to working with him in future endeavors and proud to call him a friend.

Clinton was personally recommended to my now wife and I about four and a half years ago when we were in the market to purchase a house. Fast forward 4 years, and the house we bought with Clinton we now had to sell, and buy another house 400 miles away. Not only did Clinton sell our old house, he went with to help us buy our new/current house! Who else does that?! Clinton and his Southern "I got this" attitude came through for us! He got us $45k over asking price when we sold our house which translated to a lower down payment for our house we are buying. Whenever there was a question we had, he would answer it completely and as quickly as possible, both by phone and text.
