Our sale wasn’t the smoothest during to the first buyer’s loan not performing. Clinton kept on top of everything and kept us informed on everything throughout this longer than usual process. He provided frequent updates and even sent us a timeline of when everything needs to be sent out, signed, received. He was also very patient and explained everything to us. He facilitated our correspondence among escrow and the 1031 exchange company. Even with all the complications, he was very patient with everything and did multiple open houses and showings on weekdays.
