Our sale wasn’t the smoothest during to the first buyer’s loan not performing. Clinton kept on top of everything and kept us informed on everything throughout this longer than usual process. He provided frequent updates and even sent us a timeline of when everything needs to be sent out, signed, received. He was also very patient and explained everything to us. He facilitated our correspondence among escrow and the 1031 exchange company. Even with all the complications, he was very patient with everything and did multiple open houses and showings on weekdays. He also has a wealth of information and knows the buying and selling process very well and answered all of our questions timely. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

What I appreciated most about Clinton was how comfortable he made me feel with the whole buying process. As a first-time homebuyer I was extremely nervous about purchasing a home and I had a lot of questions throughout the process. Clinton was very patient with me and took the time to provide answers to all of my questions. I did not feel pressured in any way to lock in a sale - he made it very clear that he wanted me to be happy and comfortable with whatever property I picked. Clinton was also very good about communicating - he answered/returned all my calls and texts promptly and was always very pleasant and friendly to talk to. I was also impressed by Clinton's knowledge of the housing market. His experience and understanding proved to be invaluable and helped me make more informed decisions. He went above and beyond to talk to seller agents and provided me with the most accurate and timely information while staying on top of sending me listings and comparison reports. I really could not have asked for a better agent to helped me get through this process. Very happy with my home and the experience overall!

Clinton did a fantastic job listening to our must haves and must not haves in a house as well as explaining the market between different counties that we were looking into. He was very easy to work with and knowledgeable about the homes. He was also helpful in walking us through negotiations on what is a reasonable and what is not reasonable for each home we were interested in. We appreciated him also staying on top of the several deadlines as we were near closing escrow, by following up with us, escrow, and our lender to ensure we would close on time.

Clinton is easy to work with. He's available whenever we need even during night hours and most weekends. He communicates well in email and text to keep us up to date during the entire process. Even though it takes a while for us to find our dream house during this crazy house market, Clinton shows incredible patience and work with us and the seller to make the process as smooth as possible. We are glad that Clinton is our agent for our first home :)

I had recently purchased a property from an auction website. Little did I know the website had all of its staff located in India, and the same goes for the escrow company it uses. This made the communication extremely tedious, moreover we had to communicate with them during India hours. Clinton was there to help me deal with all of this, I am grateful he is willing help me outside of regular office hours due to the unique circumstances. He also suggested to change the escort company which Im glad I listened( other wise I’m sure we won’t be able to close the deal).

Clinton was great to work with. He helped me and my boyfriend find our new home, and was personable and professional to be around. I really appreciated how detailed he was in our search. He provided itineraries for each tour with an analysis for each property, which helped make each tour go smoothly. He always had water, masks, gloves, hand sanitizers, and shoe covers in his car. Super prepared! He was also very patient with all our questions regarding different neighborhoods, house buying process, loan process, and more. He also gave us his honest opinion. Never once did we feel pressured or rushed in the whole process. He came early to every appointment and gave us invaluable advice. I'll definitely call him again for any real estate needs we might have. I've already recommended him to my friends. He just helped my friend and his girlfriend find their first home!
