I hope, if you are reading my review, you take the time to read the entire review. I mean you are here - so why not? I am not the type of person to write a review. Usually, I see two types of reviews online - horrible or excellent with very little middle ground. I'm a middle of the road kind of person, so it is awkward for me to type a completely positive review of five stars. Clint's professionalism and attention to detail (without the slightest hint of being overbearing) demands I do so after the sale of my home. I sold my home in a very short time accepting a full price offer (which was slightly above the market value and comps). I sincerely believe my home sold, in the time it did and for the price I wanted, because of the work Clint did. From the first inspection and recommendations to get my home "market ready," to the open house, to accepting an offer - Clint kept me intelligently informed. Additionally, the escrow was a breeze with Clint's broad network of professional contractors. Authentisign was easy to access and use without any complications. Bottom line for me is this: Clint Edward knows his job and does it to the highest standards of his profession.
