Clinton bottoms handled both the sale of our Grover beach home ( from a distance) and the purchase of our home in Bakersfield. Both were the easiest real estate transactions we’ve ever experienced! Although our prequalified beach house buyers fell through initially due to increases in interest rates etc. he had us back in escrow that same day with multiple offers (again from a distance. When our 2nd prequalified buyer also started to fall out of escrow, he quickly took it upon himself to get our buyer qualified with another lender he uses. He basically did both ends of that sale and did it very efficiently! We will never use anyone else after that stress- free experience! We were SO impressed!
