Listen, Cliff is the best realtor in Tampa. Period. There is a reason he has been so successful and around for a long time- because he isn't worried about being successful for being around for a long time. He's worried about doing right by his clients. We were referred to Cliff from a mutual friend. From the get-go, we were honest about where we were in the process, our thoughts, and how we didn't want to be rushed and thought we might not be worth his time. Cliff treated us as if we were his only client. I was astounded when I would get immediate emails back at any hour or that he could align the stars to make something work. He was very honest in homes that he didn't think lived up to their asking price as well places he thought we would like. As a first time home buyer, we took solace in the fact that there was an expert who would be completely honest and explain everything at every step. I could write for an hour on how great Cliff was and everything specifically he did, but you should find that out for yourself.
