I contacted Cleona after seeing that she sold a house down the street from mine and it sold for the highest price I had seen in this area. I was impressed with her knowledge and she was very nice. I could tell she was very honest. I stayed in contact with her for several months and decided to sell. She was always available to talk with me and returned my calls pretty fast. She came to the house and we walked the property and every nook n cranny. She suggested a price and I just thought it would never sell that high. She had a great strategy... she did it and I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home. She's a very smart gal. Knows her business. Made it pretty effortless for me. She came with all the papers I needed to sign and walked me through everything. I don't use electronics and she was happy to always come and bring whatever we needed to sell and close the escrow. I had to get a temporary email just to give this review, but she deserves it. I held my breathe thinking it wasn't going to happen. She even found me a great company to do some work and for a lot less of a price than I had found. She is very efficient.
