Clemmescia sold a piece of property for me that had tax issues, had to work that out. Turned out a previous sale had problems that caused problems for this sale, she worked that out too. I would recommend her to anyone, and certainly will to my relatives who will be selling in the next few years. And, another agent tried to talk me into listing with her for $30k less than Misha got for it.
