Clemencia was phenomenal to work with. I went in naive as a first-time buyer trying to navigate a much more involved process than I was planning, especially with just returning home from a nine month deployment and two month period of being in & out to sea after returning home. She set me up with an amazing step-by-step plan and was available to answer any question, no matter how simple they were. Once I got pre-approved for my VA loan, I gave her my criteria for what I was looking for and what were "no-go's" and she set forth to finding places for me. She was so good, that we found "The One" on just our second walkthrough. She was there for the inspections and asked questions that I forgot and took notes for future paperwork. She kept me motivated and excited to push on to the ultimate goal of buying my home through the entire process. She checked in with me as deadlines got closer and was available later and via email as my hectic schedule hampered my ability to communicate. I am completely satisfied with my new home and look forward to starting a new life here but if I'm ever in the market again, I would not hesitate to call Clemencia again. I would highly recommend that anyone in San Diego area looking for a new home to give her a call.

Well, this review is LONG overdue... 5 star service from Clemencia without a doubt! Clemencia helped us sell our townhome in Escondido a few years ago, and her service was excellent. We were able to sell fairly quickly, for over market value, and walked away with a profit! Fast forward a couple of years, and my wife and I were starting to scope the market again to purchase a detached home. Naturally, I reached out to Clemencia again for help. We were really nervous about the market fluctuations and weren't even sure if we could afford something that we would be happy with in San Diego County! She really listened to all of our concerns, our needs and wants, and helped ease our minds. We were able to find a home that met all of our needs. We got a great deal on the house, too! Clemencia is very knowledgeable regarding all things RE... She was able to answer all of our questions, and if she didn't know, she found the answer for us right away! We ran into some trouble closing due to a breach of contract on the seller's end; Clemencia didn't hesitate to step up to help us resolve the issue. She even tele-worked while she was on vacation to make sure that we were 100% taken care of and able to close! To add to the exceptional service, even though she was out of town when we closed, she met us upon her return with a beautiful housewarming gift! Clemencia recently helped us sell a rental property while we were out of the country. Our initial position, using Zillow as an indicator of market value, was to rent the property out for another year rather than sell because we didn't think we could recover our initial investment in addition to the renovation costs we had put into the property. When we contacted Clemencia, we explained our situation and asked her to help us market the property for rent. Clemencia listened to our desired optimal goals and after assessing for herself the market values in the area based on comparable sales, she advised us that we probably could indeed sell the property recouping our investment with a profit. She was right on! Had we relied on online estimators, we would not have attempted to sell yet. Clemencia's attention to detail is excellent. Her proficiency and familiarity with RE documents is amazing. I was particularly impressed that she could speak to specific paragraphs and the language therein while not having the document in front of her. Her negotiating skills are superb. She has a natural instinct of knowing what points are important to each party and gives seasoned advice to help reach an acceptable solution for both sides. I would definitely recommend Clemencia without hesitation for future RE transactions. She is a pleasure to work with and her professionalism is exemplary. Clemencia was very professional from the start in selling my house. We agreed on a selling price & She had an open house the first weekend. The house sold that weekend & she also help me find a new house to purchase the next month and was always available to show me new listings.
