Worked with Clayton’s team on 2 properties in ocala and in my opinion bought them very well. Clayton was great ant the negotiating table and was super accommodating as we were out of town buyers with difficult schedules. Clayton and his wife were nice enough to take my wife and me out to dinner to show us “what’s what” in downtown ocala after we moved. Thanks Wagner team, y’all are the best.

Great Experience with Clayton

After one year listing with another agent switched to Clayton. Had more showings in 60 days than the previous year. Clayton was always on property during showings and understanding that we were a "working farm". Complete professionalism and respect of the property. Great communication and planning so that property always presented in best condition. Had offer very near listing within 90 days and closed within 45. Well represented through-out negotiations and closing.
