Clayton is the realtor you want to have. He helped my wife and I purchase a home with a mortgage assumption at a rate of just 2.66% at a time rates were 7.5%! He was exceptional at keeping us in the loop of everything going on and telling us what we needed to do and when. Even when things became bogged down in the process or things became prickly/complex (dealing with the bank mostly), Clayton was always professional. The times he couldn’t pick up his phone, he would text or call back usually within a few minutes and always within a few hours. Another exceptional thing Clayton did was put together a list of repairs and improvements including local ballpark prices to better understand how to smartly approach repairs. I don’t think this purchase would have happened had he not been part of it.
