My husband and I found the perfect apartment. It was a pleasure having Clay as our realtor. He made everything easy for us, from the electronic lease signing via email (for techies like me and with the hustle and bustle of todays world this made the process very easy). I am on the road a lot so its hard to make appointments for anything these days. Clay made the process hassle free. I must add that he is also very accessible and responsive to any questions you have. Making payments electronically are a time saver and we were much appreciative of that service as well. I never wrote a review for a realtor before, but I felt inclined to do so this time because of the ease of everything ... and the excellent service by Mr. Bresnan. Thank you!
