Clay helped the reviewer sell this property

Walked me through renting and a tough sell

Clay is extremely knowledgeable and a calm operator. He helped me rent my home, collected rents, managed repairs, and reported to me monthly. When it came time to sell, he helped me with a FEMA 50% rule appraisal, and patiently ushered my property along until we had an acceptable offer. He got it closed seamlessly. I would recommend Clay and his team's experience to handle any real estate needs in his locale.
