Bottom line: We sold the unit in 9 days at our price.

We found Clay through a mailer solicitation. He was successfully selling condos in our neighborhood and price range. Clay professionally led us through all of the details including pricing, finding vendors to prep the condo and engaging high quality stagers. Bottom line: We sold the unit in 9 days at our price. Clay paid close attention, met with us regularly and carried us through the process. I highly suggest working with him!
