Claudio and Robyn, were instrumental in helping us thru what was a very difficult home search. We met them at a time we were having the worst experiences looking for a home. Once we meet with Claudio, we knew that we had found the right person to help us continue looking for our forever home. Not only are he and Robyn an excellent, knowledgable, and professional realty team, they are among one of the kindest, and caring professional couple that we have ever met. They took what was a frustrating, stressful experience that left us wanting to give up, and helped us focus and figure out what we were looking for, were able to guide us in the right direction, and quickly found us our new home. There is something to be said about knowing you can trust a realtor to have your best interest at heart. Their expertise, knowledge, constant timely communication, helped keep us informed during the entire process. So when it came to our second purchase for our mom, of course we called Claudio and Robyn. We are so thankful for them and would never use another realtor!

Robyn and Claudio were the best realtors I've ever worked with. After 9 moves in 14 years I knew what I was looking for but didn't think I'd be able to find it. Robyn helped me narrow down area and then was very focused on getting me into the location. I wanted. Her persistence and patience helped direct me to the perfect property. I had been looking for a home going thru 2 or 3 other realtors and mainly was dissatisfied with their lack of "interest" in me as a person and/or "my" needs and felt they were just trying to do what they do and sell a home. Continuing my search, I found a property I was interested in and Claudio was one of 3 or 4 listed agents associated with the property. So, honestly I picked him because he looked like a "good guy" and reminded me of my Dad who was one of the best and an honorable salesman all of his life. My price range for buying a home made my situation a bit challenging, especially considering the crazy market over the last 5 years, but every step of the way, I never felt like I was less important to them based on what I could afford. I stayed with Claudio and Robyn (and "they" stayed with me!) for 5 years helping me find a home and unlike a lot of realtors who want to keep you looking for a home in their geographical comfort zone, they never swayed or tried to convince me of anything, but just always offered educational and helpful advice. It's a gift when the right people come into your life for the right reasons. Buying a home (at least for me) was a monumental goal & having Claudio and Robyn on my side for the journey was a blessing.
