Claudio helped me and my sisters to sell our childhood home after the passing of our father. He made a very sad and emotional time a little easier for us. I had so many questions and he answered every one of them with patience, candor and understanding. We had a few bumps along the way which he tackled with true professionalism. He was able to be our voice when we couldn't speak, we couldn't have done it without him.

Claudio is knowledgeable and personable. He really works to help you find the right home for you and give honest and helpful information. It never feels like he is pressuring you just to make a sale happen. We have worked with him twice now and would absolutely use him again if we ever have the need!
Claudio was very involved in our first time buying experience. He made sure we weren't missing listings, found some houses that closely matched our criteria that for whatever reason we hadn't considered. When we wanted to schedule showings he was always right on it with lots of communication. He got things done really quick. We never felt left in the dark. Even when some of the listing agents were playing games, Claudio let us know all the information he had. He was always honest. We looked at A LOT of houses and he was physically there for almost all of them. Sometimes 1/2 a day on the weekend. I knew he had other clients but he always seemed to have enough time for us. And when he couldn't make it he always followed up quickly. There were some rough days that Claudio helped us through with words of encouragement that certainly weren't taught in Real Estate Agent class, he is a genuinely kind person. Our purchase eventually went great and with Claudio's help it was a matter of HOURS between the offer and signing the agreement. If I ever need to sell or buy again I would not hesitate to call Claudio.
