I decided to go with Claudio having met him before on renting his house studio apartment, I am so glad I did. He was there every step of the way. No matter what time day or night he was always willing and eager to help. His knowledge of properties is priceless and he knows exactly who to send you to if you need help on something whether it's insurance options or new floor installation.
