I got lucky to find a realtor like Claudio, he followed step by step all the process and had a lot of patients with me since this was my first house. I got the best deal on the house that was been targeted by so many buyers. Not only he helped me with the house but he also helped me with the mortgage deal, some small work I wanted to do in the house once I purchased it finding me great workers and cheap ( which you can hardly find in miami). I couldn’t be more satisfied to be honest.
