I had been looking for a home going thru 2 or 3 other realtors and mainly was dissatisfied with their lack of "interest" in me as a person and/or "my" needs and felt they were just trying to do what they do and sell a home. Continuing my search, I found a property I was interested in and Claudio was one of 3 or 4 listed agents associated with the property. So, honestly I picked him because he looked like a "good guy" and reminded me of my Dad who was one of the best and an honorable salesman all of his life. My price range for buying a home made my situation a bit challenging, especially considering the crazy market over the last 5 years, but every step of the way, I never felt like I was less important to them based on what I could afford. I stayed with Claudio and Robyn (and "they" stayed with me!) for 5 years helping me find a home and unlike a lot of realtors who want to keep you looking for a home in their geographical comfort zone, they never swayed or tried to convince me of anything, but just always offered educational and helpful advice. It's a gift when the right people come into your life for the right reasons. Buying a home (at least for me) was a monumental goal & having Claudio and Robyn on my side for the journey was a blessing.

Robyn and Claudio were the best realtors I've ever worked with. After 9 moves in 14 years I knew what I was looking for but didn't think I'd be able to find it. Robyn helped me narrow down area and then was very focused on getting me into the location. I wanted. Her persistence and patience helped direct me to the perfect property.
