She was very upfront and informative regarding our initial broker's agreements and was very knowledgeable regarding the property, buying situation, pricing, etc. Claudine worked with us daily to ensure that our needs were met even suggesting at times we follow up with town officials, the contractor, inspector, etc. She recommended a great moving company and even worked with the DPW to get us trashcans. She assisted our negotiations and very fairly represented us.
