Claudine’s real estate career in Sedona has spanned over 26 years. During that time, Claudine has consistently ranked in the top percentage of Sedona Realtors® for sales production. Her career has given her the opportunity to help many buyers and sellers to find their home in Sedona. While representing her own Buyers and Sellers, Claudine was the owner/Designated Broker of the boutique real estate company, Sedona Realty®, from 2007 to 2011. Under her leadership, the company advanced from a ranking in production of Sedona brokerages from 15th to the 4th position. At one time during her career, Claudine also served as the Designated Broker at RE/MAX Sedona. Today, as an Associate Broker, it’s all about her Buyers and Sellers. Although Claudine has retired from managing and training real estate agents, the oversight and experiences from those years still benefit the clients Claudine represents today. Her dedication, persistent and vast knowledge of Sedona Real Estate gives her the advantage to navigate the negotiations and communications to provide an excellent experience for her clients. A bit of a bug for statistics and trends, Claudine stays up to date on the market condition and presents monthly on the local real estate market trends to the Sedona Luxury Real Estate Professionals group, a networking arena for top-producing area agents. Claudine practices a very “hands-on” approach to representing her real estate clients. She works one-on-one with her clients to provide higher quality service and an exceptional experience in the purchase of their home in Sedona.
