While there are many Realtors with knowledge of the housing market I believe Claudia Wilson is completely “Dialed In” with the market at Sun City Anthem at Merrill Ranch and the surrounding communities. She has an innate sense of market, timing, inventory etc. Claudia also “hit the ground running” with our listing and was so well prepared with comps and such that we signed with her on Monday, professional pictures were taken Wednesday afternoon (She had them scheduled for Tuesday but the photographer couldn’t make it until Wednesday) and our house hit the MLS on Thursday afternoon. Thursday evening she called us with an early showing on Friday and the house was sold by Friday afternoon. The most important thing? Claudia was receptive to the property type we were looking for. Being quite fussy she had a home in mind for us. After showing us approximately 6-8 homes, we were shown the house she thought would meet our satisfaction. We totally appreciated her patience. We looked at the home 4 times and others in between.
