She was so attentive and very communicative. When a bid was denied, she told us but also was encouraging. We had an interesting situation with the VA and she worked with us, even helping us get a lender who could help us. We literally could not do this without her. Her work ethic and general demeanor is amazing. We are indebted to her!
Our experience was definitely a challenging one due to so much competition but Claudia was phenomenal!! Very well informed and communicated everything with us. Extremely helpful and patient as we were new to the market. Once we were in escrow, her experience and knowledge shined! She was truly the best and had OUR best interests throughout the whole process. She wasn’t forcing us into anything that wasn’t best for us. That’s what we appreciated the most.
