We worked with Claudia most recently on the sale of our Woodland Hills house in October 2021. She put her heart into helping us prepare the house for sale, and provided so much support and advice along the way. By following her advice, we listed a beautiful house, and sold it within a few days of listing it. She has knowledge, wisdom and good taste, and her advice was spot-on! She encouraged us to declutter drastically, helped us hire an amazing contractor, and when the renovations were done, she staged the house beautifully. We are now in the process of buying a home out-of-state with another agent, and Claudia continues to provide support and advice. This is not the first time we have worked with Claudia. In 2013, we decided to move from our condo to a house while in the middle of the recession, which was a very challenging time to buy. Claudia worked with us on ideas for remodeling our condo in preparation for renting it out at top dollar, and then helped us find and negotiate the price of the lovely house that we just sold! Several years later, she worked with us on selling our condo. My husband and I have the utmost respect and trust in Claudia as a real estate agent and would have no qualms in recommending her without reservation!

We have used Claudia Vita three different times now for our real estate needs and she is exceptional. The first she was the agent representing my father when he was selling his house to down-size after my mother’s passing. Not only did she roll up her sleeves and help us stage the property, she took extra care to make things easy for my dad during a very difficult time. Another time we were looking for a condo for my mother-in-law. Claudia knew of a great opportunity in a fabulous condo community that we may not have found on our own. When it came time recently to sell that condo, Claudia went above and beyond to make sure all the details were taken care of and the process went as smoothly as possible.
