in the course of putting our condo on the market, Claudia found that our last tenant had started smoking and had a dog These were specifically forbidden in lease. Knowing we lived 2 hours away Claudia helped us remove old carpet and clean the unit She also gave access to and oversaw the installation of new carpets. Now we were ready sell Claudia found us a darling buyer. The story does not end here!! in the course of closing it came to light that there were open permits from 30+ years ago. it did not show up when my mother bought the condo. Claudia went to the courthouse to find the problem and how to fix. normally this is where most realtors would say call me when this is fixed. Claudia made calls and researched the permits. Claudia even tracked down the company that did the condo repairs and got copies of their records. She found proof it was a clerical error at the county and got the permits satisfactorily closed to prevent the loss of our buyer (he was thinking of backing out thinking this would take months to clear up.) She not only saved our sale but got title cleared on 3 other units that were not for sale!! Claudia bent over backwards to help us out of a bad situation. The county did not offer help. She did all this with a smile and a genuine desire to help us when we did not know what to do or where start. I'm here to say you will not find a better realtor in your corner for all your real estate needs. Claudia is doing it again for us with the sale of a very peculiar vacant lot that the county is fighting. If Claudia doesn't make this sale happen, it cannot be done!!
