Claudia is the best agent ever!

Claudia help us with the sale of our Toscana of Desert Ridge condo. She was knowledgeable from the first about property values and guided us in preparation of the unit for the market. She constantly researched sales of other units in the community, prepared a knockout MLS listing with fabulous photos, and advised us on the optimum list price. When the listing went live, she pre-screened prospective buyers to ensure only qualified and serious buyers were given appointments on the first day. She booked appointments and had showings for 12 prospective purchasers on the first day the condo was on the market. As a result of her expertise, we received Six offers at list price or better including the all cash, 10 day close offer we accepted for more than $25K above our list price and well above the sales prices of other similar condos in our development.
