She also encouraged me to get an inspection, which helped a lot, as the first house I was seriously interested in had many issues that were caught during the inspection. Thanks to that inspection I did not go with that house and was able to get into the home I am in now. I highly recommend Claudia to any home buyer, especially for a first time homebuyer.
