Claudia is a pleasure to work with, a professional and an expert in Real Estate
The property in my case was a condominium. Anyone who has never dealt with a Condominium Association will never appreciate how much more difficult a sale can be. Claudia had 3 bonafide offers within 10 days on what I would consider a distressed property. After working together to determine which was the best offer, Claudia got to work closing the deal.
