Claudia was the a God send for us first time home buyers. She walked us through everything, there was not a time she wasn’t available to answer any of my questions or concerns. She genuinely wanted us to find the right home and made sure the one we picked was up to par. Claudia fought the sellers for us on repairs and updates that weren’t completed correctly. I had issues a year after buying my house with a foundation company with whom I had a warranty with and she immediately called them and had them to my house 3 days later to warranty the work they promised. It felt like she was my family member guiding us through this process. I will never use another realtor again, my family would also use her for all their needs also, as they have seen what she did for us.
