Claudia is fantastic, I can't sing her praises enough. I had gotten to a point in my life where I was ready to buy my first home, but had no idea how the process worked nor did I know any of the language. Not only was Claudia able to help me get up to speed on how it all worked and what to expect when, she made it easy to ask questions at every step of the process to make sure I felt comfortable with all of it. She was always incredibly responsive, informative, and transparent. The market was difficult at the time, but Claudia kept working hard to find something that fit everything I wanted and she ended up landing me my favorite house of them all! I am now a happy first time home owner and I couldn't have done it without her. Claudia is very professional and knowledgeable about the housing market. She offered us great advice with honesty. We battled a 5 month long escrow due to electric problems with our newly constructed house, but Claudia was with us to the end. She worked hard to keep communication open with us and the builder.
