About Claudia

I joined Cressy & Everett as a REALTOR® and Property Manager. My primary real estate focus is helping first time home buyers, managing rental properties and helping people relocate to our beautiful area. I look forward to helping you with your real estate needs! I have a MBA from the WP Carey school of business at ASU and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from St. Leo University. Additionally I have recently been inducted as a member of the Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce and am the Education Coordinator for the "Leads at Lunch" chapter of BNI. I was born in St. Joseph and grew up in Southwest Michigan before joining the Air Force in 1993. I am a decorated veteran earning an Achievement Medal with Valor for saving lives by providing medical assistance during a terrorist bombing in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. I was a licensed Investment Advisor for Charles Schwab for 7 years. I was a Production Manager for a disaster restoration company, managing the restoration of homes following disaster from fires and flood. I have also owned a successful business that managed vacation homes and small businesses in Phoenix where I resided after leaving the Air Force. This combination of financial and home management experience and education makes me an ideal choice for your real estate needs.
