I can't speak highly enough of my experience working with Claudia. I was new to the market and not entirely sure what I was looking for. She took the time to get to know me and my needs (almost better than I do), and over time-- and after several viewings-- she had honed in exactly what I wanted and needed. She had the patience and foresight to guide me through the process and help me reach that realization. Claudia also had exceptional knowledge of the market. She knew when something was overpriced or underpriced, and he instincts were right each time. She also knew the special details about specific neighborhoods, subdivisions, and associations-- and in one instance steered me away from a situation that was certain to be problematic. And Claudia was exceptional through the sale process, keeping me informed and knowing when the push the right buttons to make things happen with the seller and the other third parties involved. Even post sale, Claudia has been a tremendous resource for contractors and she frequently checks in to see how things are going. 11/10.

We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent.  The amount of effort and time she put in to walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, She were always available to provide me with the information that I needed every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, Claudia went above and beyond (as I’m positive they do with all of their clients) and truly made me feel like I had a confidant/partner throughout.

This was our first time selling a home and we could not ask for a better realtor than Claudia. She guided us every step of the way to reach our goal. She was friendly and polite with a calm demeanor.
