Claudia is a very hardworking and professional agent. We recently closed on property and I am very pleased and excited about it. She found me a property that was within my budget and perfect location. The property was fully financed by the mortgage company, and what was even more amazing was that she negotiated credits from the seller and was even able to connect me with a grant that helped to finance my closing cost. I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket except for getting the appraisal and inspection done for the property. She’s awesome!! I would choose her again and again for my real estate needs!!
