My experience working Claudia has been nothing short of phenomenal. I was originally looking for rentals but this market has been kinda terrible. So I had to switch directions and go the buying route. As a first homebuyer, I was on the fence because of the economy and the housing market but Claudia assured me we would find my new home. And we did fairly quickly considering the short amount of time I had left before my lease ended. She has been incredibly kind and patient through-out this entire process with me, which to me was really crucial because it was my first time buying and I knew nothing other than what I found on the internet. Claudia put in so many hours looking for a property that met my needs, sometimes even sending listings at 3am! Talk about determination :) She also connected me with an amazing brokerage team that made my loan happen. I wish I could write a book about how I enjoyed my experience with her. This is the 2nd time I've worked with Claudia. I find working with her straight forward and clear. She is always on time and is often doing the work for herself and filling in the gaps of the other realtor too. I have had her sell and buy properties for me. She is very personable and has reasonable contacts for brokers, title company.
