Over the years we’ve bought and sold over a half dozen houses. Claudia is by far, the best agent we’ve ever worked with. She has the most pleasant disposition and helpful attitude. We really put the pressure on her when we asked to see 9 houses in one day. Not a problem for Claudia. She lined up each one allowing for ample time at each of the houses. She even arranged “last minute” for us to see a 10th home on the same day. She was extremely knowledgeable of the market within the community we were interested in. I found Claudia from her sign, called her and explained my needs financially and emotionally. I asked her if she could embrace me and my tribe, before she knew what she was in for she said yes... Claudia sold me my home while I was in another state, I personally had not seen the home in person however she was very flexible on meeting with parts of my tribe in person to look it over. Claudia took myself and Pam (co-owner) on a video tour, she was very prompt, knowledgeable and accommodating being we are all in different time zones. After I decided to purchase all cash and signed all the paperwork I was informed by my CPA I had needed more financial advice on my money. Then my lawyer and wealth management company arrived on scene and advised that I pay in a different manner. I called Claudia and felt nervous and awful that we had finished all the paperwork and needed to start over. She welcomed the challenge as a learning opportunity. She worked with my financial team and I was able to complete the purchase before the scheduled closing date. Claudia was on top of it when I wasn't....I trusted her, my preparation and the process and it was a pleasure working with her to find my new home! She was an asset to my tribe! Very knowledgeable about the Solivita community and the different floor plans. Always available when we needed her for questions or homes showing. Accommodated us to show houses the same day we reached out her for the first time in short notice. We are referring friends to her as we speak. She is a keeper.

First of all, Claudia was very respectful in regards to our same sex marriage. She was very professional in answering all of our questions in which we had a lot. She even extended her normal business hours to accommodate our work hours. When we realized that we needed more time before we were ready to list our house on the market, there was no pushing. Claudia encouraged complete honesty in drafting our condition report which proved helpful when the buyer questioned certain aspects of the house. Her knowledge of the market is phenomenal. We accepted her suggestion for a list price. Our house was sold within one day. On the day of closing, we had a sudden family emergency. Amy and I were consumed with worry. Claudia unselfishly took the reigns, made the necessary phone calls which allowed us the time to process the news and move forward. She even bought us lunch after the final signing! After our move, Claudia continued to follow up with us to see if all was well. In short, Claudia is of the highest moral and professional standards.
